Dim Leave-It-To-Beaver teenager Zak Gibbs has never had a tougher puzzle than how to buy a car (think: "Dude, Where's My Car?"). His inventor father left a weird wristwatch among his gadgets. When Zak puts it on, he soon discovers that it can stop the world around him, freezing everyone and everything in place while he moves through hypertime. He and his purportedly clever girlfriend Francesca waste this amazing opportunity with pathetic practical jokes. Soon, they are in over their heads, because they are not the only ones maneuvering in hypertime. Juvenile and disappointing.
